Southside Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. put in a new furnace and air conditioning unit for me. They're five blocks away from me, so I just showed up over there one morning. I walked in and they were immediately willing to talk to me, sit down, and answer questions. What I thought would be five minutes turned out to be an hour of going back and forth, figuring out what was needed. They were able to deliver and do the install pretty quickly. The installation was done very neatly. They were clean and quick and everything worked. Nothing went wrong. There were no hassles or unexpected issues. There's no reason not to go with them. They handled all the rebate paperwork and did everything they said they were going to do. The whole team was professional, neat, and courteous. They really took care of the house. Even though they didn't need to throw down a bunch of carpet runners and stuff like that, they did anyway. Southside Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is professional and very considerate. I didn't have to clean up anything; they had everything right back the way it was when they started the job. They installed a heating and air conditioning unit. This is the third unit they've replaced for me. The quality of their work keeps me going back.
