I have been a Luggage World Customer since my company relocated me to the Twin Cities in 2002. I buy all of my luggage from them and refer all of my friends/co-workers to them as well. Their staff is extremely patient and actually takes the time to find you the right briefcase/piece of luggage. If they don't have the piece of luggage in stock that you want, they go above-and-beyond to get it in for you when you need it. They also fix your luggage with an extremely fast turn-around. I have visited many other luggage stores in the area and haven't found one even close to as easy to shop at as luggage world.
