It has been almost 15 years that I bought a side by side refrigerator from quality appliance and television. I am glad to say that it’s a nice product. There is nothing disappointing about the services they provide whether it’s about their customer service or anything else. I can say this so confidently because, last week, my fridge stopped unexpectedly so I called them, and on the same day, they checked the issue and got it repaired quickly. Do not ever, ever call Dave s Appliance Repair in Mankato for any type of work. He installed our water heater incorrectly, so that it stopped working. We called a plumber we had used before, and found out the pipe venting out carbon monoxide became disconnected and was leaking in to our home. I contacted Dave to ask that he pay for the repairs. Not only does Dave refuse to pay for the repairs for the problems he caused, he made derogatory statements about/to me, and is the WORST business professional I have ever encountered. Our water heater is warrantied, but due to installer error and negligence we do not qualify for warranty replacement of the parts/labor. Share and spread the word.
