I purchased four windows from Scott at Green Source, for my home in St. Cloud, MN on July 28, 2014. We paid $2583 for windows and installation IN FULL by check, and it was cashed on July 29, 2014. Scott promised that the windows would be delivered in three weeks and that we would then be contacted for installation. Five weeks, then eight, then more went by with no contact from Quinton the manager or Scott the salesperson. I've initiated all contact. Quinton has given nothing but excuses about why the installation is being delayed, but has done nothing to finalize our installation. It is now November 10, 2014, and we have only three windows installed, but these all have no millwork (since Scott mismeasured our windows). The fourth, a patio door, was "damaged" when it first arrived and then "wasn't delivered" a week later. I've been contacting Quinton and Scott the installer on multiple days through phone and text, and now neither of them will answer my messages. Last Friday, Quinton promised that tomorrow, November 11, would be the "final" installation date, but he won't call me back to confirm. I have filed a complaint with BBB and I will also file a small claim against Green Source to get either: A) the windows completely installed and millwork completed by November 15, 2014 AND compensation for the two days' wages I've lost to be present for installation ($500), or B) a complete refund of the price I paid, the two days' wages compensated, and the price to pay someone reputable to finish the millwork on the three windows unfinished ($5000). It is now snowing, my daughter's bedroom has insulation sticking out everywhere, and this is a health hazard for our whole family with cold weather and insulation everywhere. This has been the worst business experience I've ever experienced, and I have absolutely nothing good to report about this company or its products.
