I have always had fantastic service from all of the staff at the Pit Stop. In the convenience store and in the garage, They have gone above and beyond! My vehicle was vandalised, tire slashed, two days after getting new tires. I called to have the tire replaced and was astonished that the pit stop put my ruined tire under warranty, they replaced it at no charge to me. I now need tires again and I'm going back! I just wanted to put that this business is a Dr. Jackal and Mr. Hide for the reason that i got a radiator put in my car and it was working fine till a couple days ago. I went there to discuss my problem and the warranty that was suppose to be on my radiator and this person you know who you are made me feel like a dumb women that didn't know a single thing and he made me cry and really upset i tried to reason with him and he was just being the biggest jerk. So I went to my parents house and told my nephew and he finished taking car of the situation because i was still in tears and still really shook up. I talked to the car place and told them and they said that's no way to treat people even if they didn't know what a dipstick was. I hope that he realizes what he's done and I would like a apology because i will have my husband calling them to apologize at least.
