I live @ Westmarke in St Louis Park and this service is OUTSTANDING. I realized that my fridge was not working early in the morning on my way to work. $95 for an office visit to tell me what I already knew. For $95, the technician should have a Phd. Bosch charges $80 for the part and Eden Prairie Appliance charges $125. What's wrong with this picture? Lastly, another $125 for a 15 minute install. Total cost, $350 to install an $80 part on a two year old Bosch appliance that cost $600. As appliances become less reliable, Eden Prairie Appliance is riding high. ...read more
