My family needed a new minivan to replace our Chrysler Town and Country. I started looking on line at Chrysler dealerships – lured in by the peace of mind I would achieve with Chrysler’s lifetime drive train warranty. Looked into the reviews only to find a lot of unhappy customers who had to fight tooth and nail (and sometimes never win) to get the dealerships to honor the warranty. I then started looking into Toyota Siennas’ due to the longevity of a foreign vehicle. Found a GREAT deal on one at ONG Auto. Low mileage, fully loaded and many thousands of dollars less than other Siennas’ with the same millage. The reason was it had a salvaged title. This made me a little weary of the quality of the van so I asked a friend whom buys salvage title vehicles for his business; said he’s generally pleased with the vehicles. The only issues he had was the dealers ability to honor certain repair items promised at sale like; photos of the accident, airbag replacement after the afore accident, remedies to premature rusting, fixing cosmetic failures… With this knowledge in mind, I called ONG Auto and spoke to Oleg who invited me to come and see the lot. I met Oleg at ONG who then took me around the lot. He told me details about the accidents of each van, showed pictures upon request, walked me though what was fixed.. Even explained what to give my insurance company to insure a salvage title vehicle, (I was able to get full coverage with no problems). Still on the fence about buying a salvage title vehicle, I asked Oleg if I could have the Sienna checked out by my regular mechanic before purchasing. He said “Sure, a second opinion is always good and whatever they find, bring it back and I will fix it”… WOW I thought. Took It to my guy they said “whoever did the work really likes what they do and did a very good job. You have good tires, brand new calipers and brakes in the front (not part of the accident), good fluids, no leaks, sound body - in all, you made a great purchase.” “The only things we found were the AC needs a recharge and a shield that goes below the serpentine belt is missing”. AWESOME!! I thought, knowing how much less I paid than a “good” title vehicle. My guy quoted me $180 for the repairs – I said no thanks, called Oleg – he said “bring it down”, I did, he fixed both in less than an hour. Even replaced the battery on the key fob. No charge. A man of his word. In my opinion, it’s the kind of service the Dealerships are coming up short on these days. It’s the peace of mind I so sought for. So pleased with the process, the vehicle and the service at ONG that I wanted to write this review. ...read more

After being mistaken for a child and treated very rudely, I never even got any work done there. My husband paid $40 for a check engine light diagnostic just a few months ago, I was qouted that it would be $50. The person on the phone was extremely rude, condescending and utlimately lost them my, and my husbands future business. ...read more

I will be short and sweet. Estimates from other shops for my work were between $291and $360. Theirs was under 200. Additionally, I thought there could be other problems I wanted them to check for. When it was all said and done, i paid $154 because one of the things I thought was an issue really was not. He could have easily took advantage of my ignorance, but did not. They are honest, and get the job done quickly at a fraction of the cost of other shops. More than 30 dollars less per hour than some shops in Rosemount/Apple Valley. The place is small, but don't let it scare you. So far I have sent 2 vehicles there and had the same experience each time. If you cannot do it your self, give these guys a shot. They are more than fair... The receptionist even offered me a ride home if i could not find one. How is that for customer service from a small shop? ...read more
