this woman does is by no means made of money. The fact that these men didn't have the decency to give her 15 minutes to get ready REGARDLESS of whether she was notified of not makes me sick to my stomach. My dad came to visit and found her in the puzzle room STARVING because she never got to eat the food that was in the oven. She also had no access to a bathroom and was sent out before even having time to get anything as far as bladder incontinence is concerned. I am furious and disgusted with the treatment this woman received by Adams Pest Control and I would not recommend them. Some workers came to my Grandmother's apartment to check for/prevent bedbugs. My Grandma was not notified prior to this (which could very well be the fault of the management) and the workers came in and told her she needed to leave until 8 oclock. She had food in the oven and on the table, and was ushered out without being able to call anyone, put away any of the food, or go to the bathroom. She's 86 years old and can barely walk, and these people treated her as though she was 20 and could just head out for the day. For those who don't know, the bedbug extermination process involves heating the apartment up to around 140 degrees for a few hours, meaning there are many items that one is supposed to get out of the house before this process takes place because they will MELT. I mentioned earlier that she had food on the table. They ruined a dozen cinnamon rolls, a POUND of butter which she had out since she was making brunch for herself, and all of her makeup.
