I placed an order Monday at 4:30pm. Called back at 6:10pm on status of order, I was told pizza just came out of the oven and was the next order to be delivered. I called every half hour after 7pm but no one picked up. I stopped calling at 9:30pm. I called back Tuesday to ask what happened but got no straight answer. Rather than a refund I got credit. I called back within an hour to place another order hoping to use my credit; instead I was told there were none. I wanted to talk to a manager and had to call four times since I was routed to a call center based in California and I was constantly being hung up on. After numerous calls (still unsuccessful in getting a hold of a manager and being told I had no credit) I was finally able to connect to the Pizza Hut located on London Road. They found my credit and finally placed my order.\t\n\t\nIt was definitely not worth the 28 hour wait! \t\n\t\nI shared this story with my company and we will no longer place orders through Pizza Hut. ...read more
