I ordered a sign back in Noverber 2009 and they promised that I would receive it before Christmas. I even followed up with an email on December 9th inquiring about the date it would be received. They again told me that I would have it in time for Christmas and it would ship on or before December 13. Five phone calls, and 2 emails later I have yet to receive any response from them or my product and it now January 11, 2010!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
