If there were a lower rating than one I would have selected it. I rented one of their chairs for my mom after eye surgery. She's about 5' tall and couldn't fit in the chair without pain. We tried for two days to make the adjustments. She had so much back pain she couldn't sit for more than 15 minutes. When I called to complain about this all they said was "sorry" and "she's too small". Why didn't they tell me that when I reserved the thing? They didn't try to make things right like come out and fit her or even offer a discount on the rental. Do not use this company!
