Phils installed a furnace and air conditioning unit for my parents (it was an insurance job after their home was struck by lightning). The furnace is unusable and the air conditioning unit does not work. After a few attempts of their tech guy to "fix" the problem, my parents were told they were "crazy". They have had other tech's out to look and the furnace and was told the furnace is bad and unfixable. They are now heating their home with electric heaters because they can not run the furnace! Phils refuses to take care of the problem and told my parents it is a duct problem (not, because they had them cleaned!). Case is now at the attorney generals office. The house in Nisswa that I just had serviced the thermostat is on 55o and it's at least 85o in there. I noticed it when I was there but it was cold outside so didn't think much of it until the Realtor said it was so hot. Please call me and stop and get key to put a new thermostat in. You do great work so I hope you look at this as a great review. We were very satisfied in Cinosam when you put in our furnace and A/C in I believe '97.
