My 2 1/2 year old was not allowed to use the restroom and had an accident in the store. I didn't want to do this; however, when I call the manager (Calvin) he was defensive. He told told me children can use the restroom. So I asked why my child had to go on herself when my husband asked to use the restroom. He told me to take it up with my husband because he was lying. All I was looking for was a "sorry" and I will make sure the employee are aware kids can use the restroom. He said "I don't know what you want me to do, it's over". We pay 300.00 for our services, and we don't have to continue using ATT. We are trying to teach our daughter to be kind because it encompasses so many other traits. Today she learned that there are unkind people in this world. It is not a lesson I wanted her to learn at 2 1/2. I have never write a review prior to this one. I don't even send a bad steak back. I still hope it's an opprotunity to teach manners and kindness to people. Thank you. ...read more
