This company has the worst management running them. It is sad that the owners are running a camp ground instead of a community. Management has no clue how to run a business. I feel so sorry for anyone who lives there. ...read more

Rules are ignored by the tenants and the Manager does nothing about it. bicycles are sitting outside, people grow vegetables in the front of their apartments, trash is left in front of their doors, etc. the current manager has put several of her detroit neighbors and relatives at the top of the waiting list and moved them into the nicer and bigger apartments. complaints are constantly ignored. couldn't get a decent manager they all quit. ...read more
