I had trouble receiving a product from this company, also known as Data Tech Store online. Many attempts to contact the company by phone an email produced nothing. What can you do when the organization you are dealing with simply will not respond? I know what I'll do, I'll contact the Better Business Bureau and I'll make it my mission to post negative reviews on every web forum I can in the hopes of sparing another consumer the frustration I've experienced. Online shoppers for data tapes beware, Central Computer Supplies / Data Tech Store is a joke that you surely won't laugh at. Perhaps, with the help of the BBB and the online campaign I am now waging, this disreputable company can be shut down. Please, if you have a similar story, post it everywhere you can.
