I used to get my nails done at a salon in Dearborn for years but I took a couple of years off due to financial cutbacks. I moved downriver to Trenton so started going to Best Nails by West and Allen Rds in Woodhaven. \t\n\t\nAfter only 3 visits, I had the artificial nails removed b/c something just didn't feel right. After removing the acrylics, I had to see my physician b/c I have a nasty FUNGUS on my 6 out of 10 of my fingernails! I've never had anything like this in my entire life and my physician said it had to be caused by Best Nails not sanitizing their equipment properly!\t\n\t\nI'm seriously considering a lawsuit against them b/c it's been 3 months now and it's finally just beginning to go away. I've had to take a rx that can cause liver damage and it takes months to go away even with medication b/c your whole nail has to grow in new. \t\n\t\nThere is also the potential of your nails falling off completely from fungus! I made a vow to God that if I can get rid of this, I will never again get artificial nails b/c I will never again trust a salon after what Best Nails did to my nails! The embarrassment is unbearable.\t\n\t\nI'm hoping that by posting this, others can be saved the grief I'm going through.
