Pauley Construction was hired to Re-Line my plumbing system and stop sewer line back up. Pauley Construction told me that they would install and replace my plumbing system from my basement floor to the city sewer line. It was also explained that when the repair was done it would line up my plumbing to the sewer line and eliminates all cracks, leaks, holes or roots that may be causing trouble to my system. It was also told to me that all work is warranted for a lifetime and I would never have backup problems again. The work was completed 3/13/2009 at a total of $4000.00. Since then, Pauley Construction has been called out multiple times for repairs. On 5/16/2011, I called Pauley Construction out for a service call under my warranty, their technicians Brandon stated that the blockage was coming from the work that was preformed on 3/13/2009 and he would need to call the owner of Pauley Construction for approval for repairs. On 5/26/2011 I talked with Gary at Pauley Construction at that time he was very unprofessional, used profanity, refused to service my home.AFTER MANY SERVICE CALLS,I FOUND OUT THAT PAULEY'S NEVER DONE THE WORK THEY WERE HIRED FOR FROM THE START. I CURRENTLY HAVE A LEGAL CASE PENDING AGAINST THIS COMPANY. I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM ANY FORMER CUSTOMERS. CALL ME AT (909) 241-5181 OR EMAIL ME @ VAUGHN.FAMILY.BUSINESS@GMAIL.COM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ...read more

Dry Duck Basement Waterproofing, 7900 Beech Daly Rd., Taylor, MI 48180. 800 917-1800.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!Sales guy was a fast talker with promises that sounded really good. We should have ran at this point, but we didn't :(.Had our basement water proofed in Jan. Still leaked in same areas as before, they came back twice to try to fix the problem. Their final solution was to put a piece of plexiglass over the wall. Looks really bad. **We are certain the sales guy talked us into more work than we needed. They parked their heavy work truck in our driveway and mixed the cement right in front of the door. It was a cold day. 2 kids did the work who didn't really care about their job. We didn't see all the cracking in our new concrete driveway until the snow melted. A supervisor did stop for 5 min at our job site and didn't say a word about this. He should know better as well.We called and left messages and found the supervisors hide behind that poor secretary. No one will address our problem or fix the damage they caused.Do NOT let them park any heavy truck in your driveway (cement or asphalt!). Do not let them mix concrete in your driveway. The kids should have known better...Mark, Royal Oak, MI ...read more
