This past week I completed my first class ever. Ilovekickboxing.com has been so welcoming and I can already feel the love from the ILKB family. I am so out of shape after having two kids so I was nervous I was not going to be able to do this. My first-class was lead by Marvin. He was AWESOME! He told me how to modify if I wasn't able to do an exercise fully during the warm-up. I can't wait to see not only my physical results but see how after time I'm able to do things like burpees or toe taps to the fullest without modification. After almost 4 weeks I have to say I LOVE going to iLovekickboxing class. It is the best workout I have ever had. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They really treat you like family. I like the early morning class times along with the later in the evening classes because they fit my schedule really well. ILKB has changed my attitude towards exercising. Love Kickboxing has been incredible! I actually enjoy going to class and I have so much fun! This is the first class I have taken where they really want you to have a good time. They encourage you to go at your own pace, which I think is phenomenal. After my trial classes, they did not try to guilt me into signing up, which was a breath of fresh air. This place is amazing!! I have never sweated as much at the gym that I do here, its such a great workout, full of cardio and bag rounds. I noticed weight loss and muscle tone almost immediately in the first month.The instructors are awesome and challenging, they give the push and motivation that is needed. ILKB Sterling Heights had me sold on a year membership after the first trial class I took. The staff is friendly, uplifting, positive and extremely helpful. They're really good at forming relationships with gym members. Everyone has positive energy and a knack for motivating you to "give it everything you've got". I also appreciate the music selection during class. I really enjoy how they incorporate, not only a full body workout but a warm-up and stretching sequence. The facility has drinks/snacks and is clean. Classes run on time. I always know I'm in for a great workout.
