This past week I completed my first class ever. Ilovekickboxing.com has been so welcoming and I can already feel the love from the ILKB family. I am so out of shape after having two kids so I was nervous I was not going to be able to do this. My first-class was lead by Marvin. He was AWESOME! He told me how to modify if I wasn't able to do an exercise fully during the warm-up. I can't wait to see not only my physical results but see how after time I'm able to do things like burpees or toe taps to the fullest without modification. After almost 4 weeks I have to say I LOVE going to iLovekickboxing class. It is the best workout I have ever had. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They really treat you like family. I like the early morning class times along with the later in the evening classes because they fit my schedule really well. ILKB has changed my attitude towards exercising. I have already been able to see a change in my weight and I have much more strength. There is no way to be bored during the class. ...read more
