excellent place to live, management was great, they take care of ant issues immediately, very professional and friendly staff. the grounds were well kept. I tried the Observer and Craig's List. I got lots of calls, but too many were unstable or plain liars and I gave up. Then I tried HomeMate. They took my info, checked my references. It took about a month but they did it. I got a medical intern that paid on time, was polite and responsible and he just went back to Chicago.
