Chris, who we later found out was the owner, came out promptly when we needed to get our disabled vehicle over to the dealership for repair. It was a tricky situation since our van was in our garage at the top of a very steep driveway, the key wouldn't turn and the wheels were locked. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and really made this bad situation feel more manageable and less stressful. He got the car out beautifully, and it was delivered without incident.
