I've gone to this establishment a few times. The older gentleman that works there (possible owner) needs a course in customer service 101. The times I went with a purchasing need (shipping, box, jiffy bag, etc.) this gentlemen was semi-courteous. I felt like I was interrupting his day some how. The times I've gone in to just drop-off a prepaid shipment, I always received a smart alec comment, like "Oh, lucky me" or "(sigh), just leave it there" (rolling of the eyes). If this type of behavior doesn't bother you, then this place is for you. I just know I cringe every time I go there and see him when I walk through the door. ...read more
