Hello I am here only to inform you of the information that I have seen and overheard for some time now, I am not here to post ridiculous and immature comments on what I find to be one of the most hard working and best tree services of the area. I have observed many other local tree services in my area and I will say that I prefer this one over all the rest. Which brings me to my concerns... none of my concerns are based on any of the work ethics, reliability, and function of the company’s crew itself its more to do with the boss or crew leader if you will. I have had this company in my yard personally several times and I will say each time I have had to sit in my home and hear countless outbursts of loud and belligerent yelling from the boss to his crew in what seems to me a very unprofessional manner. We have a large lot with many mature trees. Randy Carlton has provided professional recommendation as to what needs to be done soon, and what can wait until we can afford it. We have him come each spring and do a little more maintenance. He comes when he says he'll be there, and gives good, sound advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. The workers were also very professional. They took special care not to tear up the grass with the large trucks and equipment, and did the job quickly and neatly. Left for work that morning, big nasty tree tangled in electric wires. Got home that night and even the tulips and daffodils under said tree were still standing. The grass wasn't even crushed and there wasn't a sign that the tree had ever been there except for a bare spot in the dirt. ...read more
