I had recently ordered my favorite pizza which is from Buddies (BBQ chicken pizza). They had forgotten the bacon that I requested so I called and let them know after I got back to work. For some reason this happens more times than not when I ask for bacon to be added. The lady who ansered was very nice and accomadating. She took my contact info and said she would make it right on the next pizza order from me. Yesterday I ordered the same thing and she personally made the pizza and it was very good! She also gave me a discount for the one that was wrong from last time. She was very proffessional and I very much appreciated the fact that she was very nice and understanding and went out of her way to make sure that it was made right. I can't remember her name but she did a great job on keeping me as a customer because i was starting to get frustrated as this has happened more than a couple times. One of Buddies' weekly specials is their Monday Night 30 cent wings. They're not available any other day of the week. Ordered nachos and waited and waited and waited. Then was served complimentary chips and salsa while waiting (don't know what the wait was about?) The complimentary chips were old and greasy and some had pieces of cheese on them. I really think they were salvaged from other peoples left-overs. EWWW!\t\n\t\nLow and behold, the nachos arrived.
