I have been going here for some time. I get my hair cut, trimed, styled, up do's, and my eyebrows done and I have been very happy with the service. They have done my sisters hair many times and she has a blast every time she has gone there. She is 23 and a specail needs adult. She considers these people here her friends and she always has a fun time. I have been happy with the cut as well as the up do's for my formal and i recomend them. Worst Attitude Ever! Will NEVER go here again!!! My mother has been a patron of Samuel's for a very long time. Samuel was to do my hair on my wedding day. Despite detailed explanation on what I needed (a bun with a slight bouffant up front), he was unable to do what I wanted. I explain nicely that the front was not the way I wanted it (the bouffant was extremely messy looking and I am not a high maintenance person). He starts being like, 'you don't like it' and then starts YANKING at my hair which had a very large piece of jewelry and several bobby pins in it at the time. I had to grab his hands and pull them away. My sister and friends were there too and were SHOCKED. He then proceeds to yell at me & storms out of the salon. His very nice assistant Patty comforts me and tells me she will fix it. In one minute, she just combed the section he left a mess and hair sprayed it in place. Everyone else from the salon agreed that his behavior was unacceptable. An extremely rude man!!! ...read more
