We went there for lunch and the service was slow. Our server seemed as if this was a court ordered service she had to fulfill vs liking her job and wanting to be there. We had to pay before touching our food, we were not given a receipt, and to top it off, my significant other left her phone on the table. We quickly went back to the HiLite to get it and the table had been cleared off. When we asked our waitress for the phone, she said that nothing was left on the table. We spoke with the manager and insisted that we left the phone there. The server then admits to picking up the phone with our baskets (we sat at an outside table). She gives the phone back and the security breach had been set off, which happens after 10 unsuccessful log in attempts! She clearly was trying to steal our phone. Terrible...never again Hi Lite! Sharon is a nice person when you first meet her. Then you start driving and she gets all kinds of attitude. I went through this woman, HUGE mistake. Before I started I was excited to drive. I haven't touched the wheel of a car in over three years! She is scary, this woman needs her business shut down!! I was driving on the highway and it was raining, the car tires were in water and we had a semi coming off the ramp towards us, this woman makes me STOP on the highway right in the middle of the road so she can yell at me!! DO NOT allow your child to take driver's training from this school and it's owner, Sharon Heath. My daughter's hands were not in a correct position during a turn. Instead of stopping the vehicle and explaining what needed to happen, she chose to hit my daughter on the arm. There is never a situation where a "teacher" should hit a student. Made my child cry the on her first drive. Yelled and said she was going to slow in a parking lot. This was her first time ever driving a car. Same thing when they got on the road, instructor yelled , my child was in tears the rest of the day and did not want to ever drive a car again. The clasroom materials are worse. Classroom books are just various copied papers put in a binder. You cannto find any of the informaiton for the homework in the book they give you. Very sloppy and poorly put togther. They also make you sign a paper that say they can charge you 25$ if your child does not wear sneakers to drive, and 500$ if the school car gets scratched. ...read more

Keep in mind with 2 Moon Press that you may have to completely pay up front for everything you are getting in your contract. That was how our contract was structured, and we found that in completely paying for the whole package up front, we ended up with NO LEVERAGE! This was very significant because we held no cards when a problem arose. On several occasions we were very upset with the service, but when we expressed our concern, we had no leverage to change anything. We had lots of problems with 2 Moon Press. We were supposed to get our books in 8 weeks. Their website says it takes 2-3 months but can possibly take longer. How about 21 weeks? Our books arrived 13 weeks after they estimated the books would be finished. We were very upset about this. We missed several opportunities to sell our books because of this giant delay. Also keep in mind that your contract may be structured so that there are NO REFUNDS, which was true for us, which means, again, if you don't like how things are going, you just have to tough it out. So I would warn anyone about signing a contract at 2 Moon Press. It certainly didn't seem to us that the contract was "our friend." It seemed it was not written to help or protect us. It seemed the contract was all in 2 Moon Press' favor and that 2 Moon had us over a barrel. We held no cards in this game. My suggestion is that prospective customers read the contract for themselves rather than simply taking 2 Moon's characterization and representations of the contract at face value. We made that mistake. Further, prospective customers may want to look for a publisher that charges you half of the payment up front and the rest upon delivery of your books.
