I was very unsatisfied with them from the beginning. They never called us back, even to let us know if we got the place, we had to call them. Carpet was not clean, had to wear slippers at all times or feet would turn black from dirt. Plowing was never kept up, even after complaining multiple times. Maintenance was not kept up either. Washer was constantly breaking. Move out was terrible as well. Made us pay carpet cleaning fee even though we paid for it when we moved in for it to be cleaned when we moved out.
