I have had over 40 service calls to my home. First off do not purchase the 100mbps internet you will never see speeds over 38 mbps stick with the 30mbps. Every tech that has come to my home gives a different BS answer to the problem, that has never been fixed in the two years we have been with them. They lie right to your face and tell you you should get refunded just call them after I leave...total lies... be reminded charter workers... I have video and audio of all your visits to my home and audio from all calls made to charter after you leave and not once have you reported the facts of your visits to my home you just lie to your bosses trying to keep your jobs even tough you did absoulty nothing to fix the problem. I could go on for hours about how horriable your techs are but I only have till feb4 then our contract is done and your equipment will be out on the curb where it belongs with all the other garbage!
