If you are Albanian, stay away. The owner boasts how he puts them in their place and makes fun of them after they leave. Has inexperienced workers (less than a year) that are bullied around by the office manager who sits and shops online at Amazon all day and yells at the CSR's that they don't know what they're doing. Bad customer service, all the good employee's were chased out by their Hitleresque non management skills. Blame is always put on the worker, never the management.
