Very negligent when servicing issues! Major problem with Ants, maintenance issues take 2 weeks at best to get resolved. Lady next to my apartment had flooded bedroom from courtyard not draining melted snow and rain water collection. Owner is an elder man that is very rude and frankly very uncomfortable to be around. Apple ridge apartments have been nothing but great for us. My roommate and I moved here March of 2014 and our apartment is great. Any minor problems we have had they made sure they fixed right away including making sure they got us a brand new balcony! I can say that I was nervous after reading the reviews before making my decision however; we made sure we took pictures, made notes on the conditions of every room, and notified the office upon moving in.
