Very negligent when servicing issues! Major problem with Ants, maintenance issues take 2 weeks at best to get resolved. Lady next to my apartment had flooded bedroom from courtyard not draining melted snow and rain water collection. Owner is an elder man that is very rude and frankly very uncomfortable to be around. management is terrible: tenants are ignored ans belittled. Maintenance is under qualified: often requests are never responded to; "handy men" are not qualified to do anything Tenants responsible for all repairs within unit(including light bulbs that blow, carpet cleaning, insect termination, broken window screens, clogged drains, etc) Rent constantly increases Rules of leases are not adhered to Snow is rarely plowed Sidewalks are never cleaned/salted Rodent infestation rampant DO NOT RENT HERE -Scorned Tenant ...read more
