As owner/operators of 8 imaging facilities and having developed over 200 MRI centers in the past 15 years all over the USA I have worked with every OEM and many resellers, including Block Imaging. When we need to purchase pre-owned equipment there are only a couple companies we will work with and Block Imaging is our go-to vendor. We've purchased 3 MRI Systems in the past 3 years from Block and they also service those units. We have had nothing but excellent experiences with Block. They deliver as promised and go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Everyone from the sales reps to the service coordinators are respectful, professional, and eager to please. My first business deal done with Block Imaging was when I purchased an MRI from them back in 2006. Since then, I have bought more imaging equipment from them, and have used Block to service my equipment. In all areas, the employees of Block have always worked diligently to make sure that everything was to my complete satisfaction. I have found Block to be a company that stands behind everything that it does, and everyone with whom I have dealings have been very professional. As the President of Block Imaging International, it grieves me deeply to read the previous review. We as an organization are committed to continuing to serve our Siemens C-Arm customer to ensure the equipment that was purchased is fully capable of providing outstanding healthcare to their patients.
