NIWT does NOT return calls and does NOT answer their phone. I called all summer long from different phone lines and had friends do the same. Myself and friends left numerous message. None were returned. Bad business, going elsewhere. Thanks because I learned and have another rule in my life,... I make ONE phone call and wait one day, if nobody professionally returns my call, I move on to the next. The businesses I've called lately, call the very next morning. They also leave messages if I don't answer. That's professional. Good thing new image isn't called "professional." Nothing New at new image. ...read more
