I CALLED LAST WED. MORNING AND NEEDED A DELIVERY BY THURS. MORNING NO LATER THAN 10:00 A.M. I WANTED A SMALL CHRISTMAS TREE FOR A FUNERAL. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT KIND I WANTED. I JUST KNEW I WANTED THEM TO BE ABLE TO PLANT IN IN THEIR YARD. I AM SO GRATEFUL THAT I GOT SUSAN IN THE FLORAL SHOP. SHE WAS NOT ONLY PROFESSIONAL, BUT VERY KIND AND CARING IN HELPING ME. THANK-YOU SUSAN!!! WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE CHURCH THE NEXT MORNING, I WAS SO THRILLED WITH THE JOB THAT SUSAN DID FOR ME. I COULDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING BETTER. SUSAN SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR HER VERY CARING HEART AND HOW SHE THINKS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. IF YOU WANTED A RATING ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10, SUSAN SHOULD SCORE A TWELVE AT LEAST.
