Needed a new battery ASAP. Called, said it would take 4-6 weeks to get battery in. Called the dealer an hour away, they had it in stock and replaced it that day. Needed recall work done. Called, said it would take 4-6 weeks to get parts in for recall work. Waited 4 weeks, they came in, had to schedule the service another two weeks out! During that time, started having problems with the car, called for service - the "didn't have the time" to service my car! They didn't care! Once again went to the dealer an hour away - not only did they fix my car, they had the recall parts on hand (as I would expect a dealer to) and they did the recall work, too. They did all that in half the time Bergeron told me it would take them, and did it all the next day after I called them! Seems everything takes 4-6 weeks at Bergeron. My folks live in Iron Mtn and I'm in Arizona. Every time I need a flower arrangement I use Frederick's because of the great service AND beautiful bouquets. Today in particular I called and spoke to Mona to arrange for a bouquet to be delivered to my mom because she was burying my grandparents (her parents) today. It is very emotional time. I talked to Mona and she was kind and understanding through my tears of ordering. I called her today at almost noon Iron Mtn time with the hopes of getting the flowers delivered by 3p today. The information from rtownshopper said that all merchants were paid for the certificates and they should be honored. Regardless....not honoring them is VERY bad PR. The cost of Negative mouth to mouth advertising will most likely create a lot of bad will and customers that will never return, let alone all their relatives and friends. Had work done by RCS and am now having issues with the work done. Never returned my phone calls. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Paid a lot of money for what was done and now I have to have it all redone / removed and done again. Also, he was about $8k over his quote. My family and I came up on a fishing trip this summer, drove for over 300 miles to get to our cabin. Got here and the boat would not stay running. Went to the local Mercury dealer in Iron Mountain. What a JOKE!! Very rude and not helpful at all! Ran into a fellow in town and he told me to try Nicolet Sport and Marine, figured why not. Went there and what a difference!! They were the friendliest people ever! Their mechanic Tim is TOP NOTCH! Had our boat running better than ever in less than a day, charged us a VERY fair price and we couldn't be happier.
