We used Superior Title for information on land we wanted to buy. It just so happened they had the property on file and gave us the information we needed immediately. Very nice to get info so fast. We wanted to build our new home on this property. So then we learned they could set us up with an escrow accounts to pay our contractors and workers. The room was clean and had 2 queen size beds. The beds were firm, however, I prefer a mattress that is a bit softer. A continental breakfast was provided in the morning, and consisted of muffins, toast, cereal, bagels and juice. They had a good size eating area.I like having a free breakfast in the morning. The pool is large for this area of the U. P. and was well maintained. There are a lot of tables in the pool area. The only fault I can find with the pool is that most of the table had dim lighting in the evening. I had trouble reading at the table. The staff was friendly. The biggest problem I had was the smokey smell. I had a non-smoking room, but the nearby rooms were smoking. The smell was strong in the hallway and came into the room. We also had a room facing a busy street, and were kept awake and woken up by traffic noise. The water pressure for the shower was very strong. Everything in this alley is old and worn down but the owner spends money on building useless hotels rather than replacing or upgrading lanes. This place does not even deserve a star for the poor management and bad service. Way overpriced for the type of quality bowling you get. the machines will ruin your ball. scoring monitors dont always work propwerly. We were kicked out of your restraunt for no reason except that Krisin was Jealouse of a girl and (didn't like her) so she kicked us ( the paying customers) out of the restraunt. We went there to eat tonight and KRISTIN a so called manager doesnt know anything about managing, in fact, she kicked us out of the restraunt for no apparent reason and when asked to state the reason she did not answer. She would not give me the district managers phone number and refused to even listen what we ( the customers) where asking. She is ignorant and rude to customers and she embarrassed us in front of the whole room of people. I will do anything in my power to have her fired. She is a discrase to the company.
