Michael & Elaine Munsterman

My wife, Elaine, and I have been devoted users of all the Shaklee products for over 14 years. We were searching for ways to increase our energy levels and were first introduced to Shaklee through Elaine's father. After researching Shaklee and taking their supplements, we found what we were looking for. Food supplements that actually made us feel better and an opportunity to do something so different than our traditional jobs. When we made Director in Shaklee, my wife decided to leave her full time position as a graphic systems manager with Ringling Bros. Circus. With Elaine at home with our daughters, my focus was for me to do the same. It was just after the birth of our fifth daughter that I had been promised a promotion with the company I was with at the time. Upon my return from paternity leave, I was disappointed to find out that they didn't follow through with it. With that and the fact that I had been laid off from my previous employer due to a company merger, it was time for me to take control of my life. While attending a tour with Roger Barnett, we learned all about him and where Shaklee was going. You could really sense his passion for helping others. We attended more meetings, planned our goals and became Coordinators in 2007. I feel like a rock and my wife is my star! Yes! ... together we are "Rock Stars". I feel that my wife is the best mother and Shaklee role model to our girls. Elaine and I work together in everything we do in Shaklee. Our daughters are completely aware of our goals in this business and they are the official cheerleading squad. It's so adorable. They run around the house singing "We are going to Shaklee Hawaii!" It's their hula dancing that gets me. We are having a lot of fun! We are constantly setting new goals and are truly excited about our wonderful future with Shaklee! ...read more

Viola Hardy

Being an early bird qualifier for the Paradise 2008 Incentive Trip is no easy task -particularly at a time in life when most people might be slowing down. But at 94 years young, Viola Hardy is still excited about Shaklee and still setting and achieving new goals. Viola's journey in Shaklee began in 1970 when she attended a meeting with her sister-in-law. After overcoming her initial skepticism, she sponsored with Shaklee and began using the products. Once she realized how many people she could help by introducing them to Shaklee, she began hosting in-home presentations each week and never looked back. Early on in her career in Shaklee, Viola had the opportunity to meet Dr. Shaklee. He inspired her to keep the focus of her business on helping others. "If you're in this business to make money, this isn't for you." He said. "But if you are in this business to help people, the sky's the limit." More than 30 years after hearing Dr. Shaklee's words, Viola hasn't forgotten them. But while money was never her focus, her passion and enthusiasm helped to create financial success* which has earned her numerous trips and incentives over the years. She also has a legion of loyal customers and maintains an average of over 4000 PV per month. Daughter Geri says, "Mom exudes excitement! She is a magnet. She is just doing what she loves - helping others." Viola says the secret to her success is that she's always been goal oriented. Her method is simple - a goal book with pictures of the items she wants. "Set goals," says Viola.  "Nothing happens the way you want it unless you have it down on paper." To date, every item that Viola has put in the goal book, she has been able to achieve. So how was it that, even though Viola didn't specifically focus her goals on achieving the Paradise 2008 Incentive Trip to Hawaii, she not onlyqualified, but qualifiedearly?  "We set specific goals - I wanted to walk across the stage at least once as a Star Achiever."  After last year's Global Conference in Nashville, Viola and daughter Geri say, "We thought achieving Hawaii would be nice," says Geri. "But we didn't focus on it." As it turned out, just focusing on the basics - sponsoring and product sales, was what earned Viola the trip to Hawaii. Boosted by the publicity generated by Shaklee Get Clean® products reviewed on theOprah®show, Viola, along with her daughter Geri, justworkedand saw their business grow. For the last year, Viola and Geri have enjoyed a mentoring relationship with Master Coordinator Kathryn Naef, who has taken the dynamic duo under her wing. It was Master Coordinator Naef who informed them they were on track to qualify for Hawaii. So they kept doing what they were doing and helping people. When Geri learned of her mother's official qualification, she stopped by her home wearing a lei. She presented Viola with her own lei as a symbol of the phenomenal achievement. After such a huge accomplishment, Viola might have been tempted to rest on her laurels for the remainder of the year. But she still had one more goal in mind - to earn Star Achiever status and walk across the stage at the 2008 Global Conference in New Orleans. True to form Viola didn't just qualify in one category - she qualified in two! She was recognized for Business Group VolumeandPersonal Group Sponsoring in the 50 plus category. Not bad for someone 94 years young! Congratulations, Viola Hardy! You are one of Shaklee's shining Stars, and we look forward to applauding you again and again, as you continue to set and achieve your future goals in Shaklee! ...read more
