I have shopped at Redux Books many times and always enjoyed the the cozy atmosphere and selection of books. I recently decided to brings some of my books there to sell them. The owner/book buyer asked if I could come back later so that he would have ample time to look through the 4 boxes that that I had brought along with me. I agreed and a few days later received a phone call saying that he would buy about 10 of them. He offered a fair price and asked if I wanted to keep the remaining books or have them donated to the library. I told him that I wanted to keep them and told him the day that I would pick them up. When I arrived on the day that I stated to him, he told me that my 3 remaining boxes of books at been sent to the library by mistake and that he was sorry. He was not willing to compensate me at all for his mistake. He was very rude when I asked a second time for some sort of compensation for what was easily $300 worth of books. I will never again shop or sell books at Redux Books. ...read more
