Scotts Lawn Service

5.0

By Brad Burghardt

I have been a Scotts customer for about three years now. I always took care of my lawn on my own in the past, but I am just too busy to be out there anymore. I tried Trugreen because they were so reasonably priced... but you get what you pay for because they were constantly burning my lawn. I called Scotts and my lawn has looked progressively better each year. I have done the Scotts 6 step program and a fall aeration each year and I am happy with how the lawn looks. Another thing I appreciate is that they do not have contracts and they offer free service calls if you sign up for 6 or more treatments for the year. Sometimes if I notice a few weeds hanging around in between treatments I just give them a call and they send someone out within 2 days to take care of it. Not bad. :) Overall I am very happy and I would recommend this company. ...read more

Teamwork & Trust Will Serve You Best

One of the most important aspects of  keeping a healthy lawn is to maintain an open line of communication with your lawn technician. You should also trust that he will tell you what is or isn't right for your lawn. As home owners we know it can be hard to trust someone else's judgment, but we as lawn care professionals care for thousands of lawns in the Greater Grand Rapids area. All of our technicians are fully trained and licensed adults who are happy and eager to take the best care possible of your lawn. We know that your lawn is ultimately an extension of your home, and that is something we take pride in being a part of.  We also care about your child's and pet's safety. That's why we don't use anything that could harm you, your family, or the environment.** If at anytime you have any concerns or questions, please call and speak with someone at our office. We would be glad to answer any and all questions you have about lawn safety and care. We are always committed to giving you and your lawn the best care. ** In the spring we use a halts crabgrass pre-emergent that can be harmful to fish if ingested. Precautions can easily be made to avoid any contact if fish are a concern. Thank You for taking the time to read our little words of advice. :) Scotts Lawn Service ...read more
