Horrible customer service and average arrangements. We've been doing business with Ball Park Floral for over 50 years. We grew up literally across the street for them. Today I ordered flowers for Mother's day and asked if someone could walk them across the street. (I live out of state now) I was told I would be charged the normal delivery fee. I explained it was across the street, no more than 30 seconds away and was told, sorry, store policy. I would pay and I have paid for delivery from them before when the driver had to actually deliver the flowers. They lost a life long customer today. ...read more
