I brought a member of yours to the office at your request to bring you her title for the totaled vehicle.We stood in the office for nearly 15 mins without even being acknowledged.The gal in the side office wouldn't even come out to greet us or ask how she could help. She stayed on the phone the whole time. Twice - the member stepped in to try to get her to help her and she would not. We stepped out of the office for a few minutes then decided to come back in. She took the document from my friend and dismissed her as I entered the office again. I asked her why she was being so rude and she told me to "just leave"!Problem - my friend (YOUR member) has a language barrier AND because of the accident is relying on me for transportation to even bring you the document in the first place!VERY poor customer service skills and extremely UNprofessional! ...read more

My wife recently had an accident where someone ran into the back of her car. I drove the car over to Wes Stevenson’s office and started the process of filing a claim to get the car repaired. The same day the car was dropped off at Al Serra for repairs. Since it was deer season the adjusters were busy with other accidents and our car had to wait about a week to get approved. Because of the delay, Wes worked with the folks at Al Serra to help us get a rental car, even though we had not purchased rental insurance with our policy. Because of the amount of damage and holidays it took almost three weeks to get my wife’s car completed and back to her. Without the help of Wes and the folks at Al Serra we would have had a huge rental bill. I have been a customer for a long time. I used to deal with Amanda and never had any problems. I guess Tracy took over since Amanda no longer works there and she is the rudest and most disrespectul customer service rep I have ever dealt with. Im going to transfer all my policys(home, business, and auto) to a new agency, no customer should put up with this kind of disrespect.
