I love the JCPenney Salon in Flint, MI! I have been going there for over 6 years and I always come out happy! My stylist does exactly what I want and if I'm not completely happy with it, she will do anything and everything to make me happy! The receptionist are always helpful and never rude to me, so I don't know who the "anonymous" person is referring too...Highly recommended salon! ...read more
