I love the JCPenney Salon in Flint, MI! I have been going there for over 6 years and I always come out happy! My stylist does exactly what I want and if I'm not completely happy with it, she will do anything and everything to make me happy! I tried getting my hair cut there awhile ago.. and was constantly put on hold.. told to call back.. just given the run around. I had to wait a week before the receptionist finally called me back.. not even the stylist!! I tried seeing the owner to get her to cut my hair and was blown off by her!! I arrived at the Salon and was greated right away with a smile. How comforting. The stylist did a consultation with me (I was amazed). We did not start my service until she knew exactly what I wanted for a cut and color. It was absolutely amazing. She tought me how to do my hair even. She explained what products she was using and how to use them. When the service was over she told me I had 7 days if I needed anything changed to call and she would get me in at no charge. \t\n\t\nI will be a client there for ever.
