We had a verbal agreement that she would clean our house every two weeks. She showed up for the first cleaning, but that was it. We have not seen her since. She will not return phone calls or emails. I would not recommend her. ...read more

I finally found the one! I have always had someone come in and clean my home once a month, just to do the deep cleaning that I dont have time for. Until I found Kerry I was never completly happy. I have kids, animals, and a full-time job and I stay busy, I needed someone flexable and willing to work with me...Kerry does! With the economy my hours at work were doubled and pay was cut in half and Kerry worked with me on that, what a blessing she has been! I just can not say enough about her pratices, shes professional yet personable, shes affordable, reasonable, and realistic and when you add that in with her ability to clean shes a GREAT person! If you are having issues with backups in regards to your sink, toilet, bath or laundry tub, it is time to call Smittys.1. Give us a call at 313.982.9120 or 1877.9SNAKEIT.2. You will set an appointment, same day or in advance for one our sewer technicians to visit the problem site.3. We will make a courtesy call one half hour before we get to the site to let you know we are on our way.4. We will ask you to direct the tech to the Main Drain or problem area.5. The tech will assess the issue - and if it is the original issue as you stated in the scheduling of the appointment, the price will be confirmed. We do not change prices on services when we get to your commercial or residential address. He will also explain that you have a thirty day guarantee on any labor performed.6. The sewer tech will unload the equipment safely into the problem area and perform the necessary tasks.7. At the end of the appointment the tech will explain to how the appointment went, any upkeep or suggestions on avoiding your sewer issue best as possible.8. He will accept payment in return for an invoice and will leave you with the business card.9. With 72 hours we will contact you as a follow up and again leave you with our number.10. You should be receiving a THANK YOU card with a website address in which you can leave feedback as we strive to provide you with the respect and excellent customer service that you and your drain deserves! ...read more
