The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered with any time of doctor or dentist office. First and foremost, the location in Clinton Township had HORRIBLE customer service. I took my girlfriend to have her wisdom teeth removed, and the ladies in the office we're not very welcoming towards my girlfriend's nervousness. She was very nervous going in and the staff were not very sympathetic towards this.After the procedure, my girlfriend was brought to the recovery room before we could leave. The nurse seemed like she did not want to be there and seemed very impatient with my girlfriend who was groggy after the procedure (just like EVERYONE else). I took my daughter in to see Dr. Hyduk. He is very qualified and I liked his treatment plan. He gave me prices which were very competative. The only negative is he did not were protective gloves when putting his hands in my childs mouth. We were still making up our minds where to take my daughter and they wanted my wife to be involved in the decision so they scheduled another consult.Then I get a call from one of his office staff staitng that to continue further there would be a $270 "records fee" and that until this was paid we could not continue and they cancelled the consultation. This fee was over and above what the Dr himself had quoted me when I asked for an all inclusive price. His office staff is very difficult to deal with and does not seem to care if you come there or not. I asked that the Dr call me back, he has not yet done so.
