I stopped by on a Sat.at 3:45 for the first time. The sign said that the store was open Th-Su 'til 5:00. The door was locked. There was a sign on the door stating,"Out to lunch. Back in an hour. 4:00". So I came back at 4:15. Still locked. I gave up, and so did the other two people that showed up while I was there. I stopped the next day at 4:00 to see the owner dragging everything inside. I asked if the store was still open, and she said she was about to close. She asked what I was looking for, and I told her. She said I should come in. Then I mentioned that I showed up the previous day and the door was locked. She said there was an estate sale that she just had to go to. "You have to do what you have to do to stay in business,"she said. Then I said,"Yes, well two others stopped by and left while I was here." Her reply?"Don't come in. I don't need your business." I ordered a premium flower/plant basket for a friends funeral. Upon arriving for the service I noticed the pathetic basket delivered on my behalf by the flower shop. I was embarrassed to say the least, they must have thought I wouldn't come to see it. I spent $100. on at the most $10. in flowers and plants. Excellant Service!!!!! As a retail business owner of over 20 years now, I am always excited to find another retailer that exceeds normal service. When I called for flowers again today, I had an additional request for the driver to make another stop for an additional product. The young lady accepted the challange, wouldn't accept any additional money for the added service.
