Agents take their time & are VERY slow to get back to you on everything from claims to questions, adding or taking stuff off your policy, give bad advice to where my Ins was cancelled and I didn't know it. Called the Ins. Co & was told they gave me the wrong advice. Therefor the Ins Co would not reinstate my policies. Would not reccommend them as your agents. ...read more
