I found Great Lakes Property after I had moved in by another housing company. My landlord wouldn't fix anything on my list of repairs. I explained what my situation was and they told me what my rights as a tenant were. I told them I didn't want to stay where I was and I wanted to move. They said that because people stilling off the house they did not do the fixing up until they got tenant. They offer me a list of property that were move in ready. I did not want list of homes but I did ask for a walk thru to see them finished. And it was nice everything in the house are new. Not used new but new new. They got the house ready for me like they said they would.
