They were hardly ever there. They also only mowed the lawn like twice throughout the summer. And God forbid if you called to have your driveway plowed! It's such an inconvenience for them to have someone plow your driveway. Overall, don't EVER rent from these people. The post in the basement that holds the house up was cracking but it was only taped with electrical tape to hold it together. The tenants below were the ones who controlled the heat, so it would get way too hot upstairs. Silvernail is awful. Renee and sue are rude whenever you talk to them. They won't send someone to get things fixed in the apartment until a week or so later. The maintenance lady is sue's sister so she's just as rude. She also has no idea what she's doing. A gas line ran right through the house. In order to turn on the stove you have to turn on the gas line, then you have to make sure you shut it off or else the apartment will smell like gas (this is a hazard by the way).
