I LOVE my haircut and highlights from Tracy-- it's so darn cute! She took her time asking what type of highlights, cut & style I wanted. My hair is long & was thinking maybe I wanted quite a bit of length off with layers. She said let’s start with layers keeping the length you have. Your all one length & once we add layers you may wish you had kept it longer. Thank gosh she wasn’t scissor happy, I kept the length!
